This Privacy Policy describes how PDgo, a product of Xiamen Guangxu Zaodong Network Technology Co., Ltd., handles information when you use the app.

Information used by PDgo

PDgo uses the device's front TrueDepth camera (camera frames, depth data, and face landmarks) solely to estimate pupillary distance. Measurement processing happens on your device in real time. PDgo does not upload camera frames, depth data or face landmarks to our servers. Core measurement and Apple in-app purchases do not require sign-in. We do not use camera or face data for advertising, analytics, or user profiling.

Measurement records

Without sign-in, PDgo stores measurement records only on your device. Deleting the app deletes these local-only records. Beginning with version 1.1.0 build 12, mainland China users can choose WeChat sign-in to back up newly saved, unlocked measurement records over HTTPS to PDgo servers on Tencent CloudBase. Records include total and left/right PD, spread, confidence, sample count, measurement time and the optional label you enter. Earlier local records are not automatically uploaded. Sign in with the same WeChat account on another device to restore backed-up records. You may use backup without having used the mini-program; this does not grant paid benefits.

Cloud records remain until you delete them. Deleting or renaming a backed-up record syncs that change to your other devices when connected. Uninstalling the app does not delete cloud records. Signing out hides the account’s local cache and stops backup; it does not delete the cloud copy. You can delete the cloud account and all its App records in Mine → your WeChat account → Delete cloud account and records. This does not delete your WeChat account, cancel Apple subscriptions, or remove purchased benefits and legally retained order records. Cloud backups are account-linked and used only for app functionality, not advertising or tracking. Photos, depth maps and face data are never included.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Purchase entitlements are verified on the device through Apple's StoreKit framework.

Optional WeChat benefit sync in version 1.1.0

On the mainland China App Store, you may choose to connect the WeChat account you previously used in the PDgo mini-program. This is optional; other App Store regions retain the existing measurement and Apple purchase flow. The app invokes WeChat OpenSDK authorization only after you choose this feature and consent.

The authorization code is sent over HTTPS to our backend hosted on Tencent CloudBase. The backend obtains the WeChat account identifier and links existing mini-program membership and retest entitlements. If necessary, it requests WeChat user information to obtain the account identifier; nickname and avatar are not stored or displayed. A session credential is stored in the device Keychain and expires after seven days.

When you use a synced retest credit, the app sends the session credential, a random measurement identifier, and a high/medium/low confidence grade. The backend retains account-linked entitlement balances and redemption records, including the grade, timestamp and renewal decision, to fulfil benefits and prevent duplicate deductions. Confidence describes the consistency of repeated measurements. Numeric PD results, photos and face data are not included in these requests.

Disconnecting WeChat removes the local credential but does not delete mini-program purchases, server redemption records or local measurements. Pending result recovery remains on the device and is shown only after the same WeChat account signs in again. Contact developer@lumaseq.com for questions or requests concerning account-linked data; purchase and redemption records may need to be retained for benefit fulfilment, duplicate-redemption prevention and applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Advertising conversion reporting

Version 1.1.0 (build 9 and later) disables the previous Tencent GDT advertising conversion integration. This version does not use that integration to collect device identifiers or report activation and purchase events. Earlier versions may still use the previous integration until updated. Camera frames, face data and numeric PD results are not supplied to advertising integrations.

微信权益同步说明

从 1.1.0 版起，中国大陆 App Store 用户可自愿使用小程序付款时的同一微信，同步已有年卡及 App 复测权益。授权码发送至 PDgo 云端取得微信账号标识；必要时查询微信用户信息，但不保存或展示昵称、头像。本机会话凭据保存在钥匙串，七天后需重新授权。

使用赠送复测时，云端记录与账号关联的权益余额、本次随机测量编号、高/中/低可信度、时间及续送决定，以履行权益并避免重复扣次。权益核销请求不含照片、人脸数据或瞳距数值。退出同步仅删除本机凭据；账户数据问题或删除请求可联系 developer@lumaseq.com。

可选云端记录备份（1.1.0 build 12 起）

不登录也能测量，记录仅存本机。中国大陆用户可选微信登录，将之后新增的已解锁记录（总瞳距、左右眼数值、波动、可信度、采样数量、时间和标签）通过 HTTPS 备份到 PDgo 腾讯云服务器，使用同一微信换手机可找回；登录前的旧记录不自动上传，海外保持本机保存。照片、深度图及人脸数据不上传。云端记录保存至你删除；卸载不删除备份，退出只隐藏当前账号本机缓存。在记录页可删除单条，或在微信账号管理页删除云端账号及全部 App 记录。联网后删除会同步其他设备，已购权益及依法留存的订单不受影响。未使用小程序的用户也可登录备份，但不会因此获得付费额度。
